Q: Processing time How long will it take to process my order? How will it be packaged when it is posted? What if I want my item really quickly? A: Once you place your order and cleared payment is received, I will post your order within 2 working days. All items are carefully folded and placed in a ziplock wrapping, to keep any moisture out. They are then posted in envelopes to your selected address. If you require your item quickly, then I am more than happy to post your order express post. Simply tick the checkbox for Express Post when you are selecting your item - it's on the same page as the item on the website. Q: Overseas postage Do you post Silly Gilly items overseas? How much will postage be? How will I know how much to pay? A: Yes, I definitely am happy to post Silly Gilly items overseas, to any location. At checkout, you will see an option to select which postage service you wish to use. Please choose International Air Mail as your option. If you are purchasing from another country other than the USA, please email me for a postage quote. I will then send you an amended invoice showing the correct postage cost. If you would like to know the postage cost prior to completing checkout, please email me and I will provide you with a postage quote. Q: Seeing things in person What if I want to see your products in person? How can I find you? A: I will be holding a stall at the July Future Families Fun Day on July 18th. This is a great day where you can meet to discover lots of info on parenting, healthy food choices, kids activities and more. The Fun Days are held at the Goodwood Community Centre, in Goodwood, South Australia. More info can be found here: http://www.futurefamilies.com.au/fundays.html Q: Materials used in the construction of SG products What sort of fabrics do you use to make your items sold on Silly Gilly? A: I primarily use cotton fabrics for my hats, bags, bloomers, smocks and aprons. Many of the smocks and aprons are crafted from high quality quilting cotton, which has a lovely smooth polished finish. Rarely, the fabric used may be a cotton polyester blend, and if this is the case I will note it in the product description. I use either cotton or polycotton tape for the aprons and a polycotton bias tape for the smocks. Q: If I buy as a gift, will you post it to them for me? I want to buy an item as a gift for someone but I would like it posted directly to them. Is this possible? A: Sure, when you go through the checkout when making your purchase, there will be the option of entering an alternate postal address. Just put in there the address you want your item posted to and I will wrap and post to your gift's recipient! Q: Different sizes available? What if I want to buy a particular item but it's not on the website in the size I want? A: Please contact me if this is the case and I can confirm via email whether I have the material in stock to make the item you require. Please bear in mind though that I only purchase small quantities of each material and often only make one or two items from each type of material. |
