Delivery of orders
Your Silly Gilly order will be packed and posted within two working days of the order being placed and cleared payment being received. If for any reason this time-frame cannot be met, you will be contacted immediately to advise the expected time-frame of delivery. All items on the Silly Gilly website are in stock and available for purchase.If you wish for your order to be posted to an alternate address, there is an opportunity during checkout to indicate this. You will be asked for your address, then the alternate postage address.
Postage and handling costs
Silly Gilly uses Australia Post for the carriage of all orders. Unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong once items have been posted and Silly Gilly does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items. Postage costs include Australia Post charges and handling costs.Registered post is available at an extra cost of $2.70. Please confirm during checkout if you wish to use this service.

Silly Gilly aprons qualify for free postage, so buy any apron and I'll post it to you for free!
If you wish your order to be posted using the Australia Post Express Post service, then please indicate so at checkout. The cost for this service is $7.70.

Packaging
I like to be kind to the environment. That's why, if the need arises, I use recycled packaging. I also flat pack my hats to minimise packaging and minimise your postage costs. Why use a box when you can use an envelope instead?!
