All prices shown are in AUD$ (Australian Dollars) and include GST. Silly Gilly reserves the right to amend the prices without notice.Placing an order
There are two ways you can place an order with Silly Gilly.Option 1: You can order items through the Silly Gilly website. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button and that will place that item in your shopping cart. Once you have completed your shopping, click on the checkout button at the top of the screen. That will take you to the payment options available, and postage information.
Option 2: You can order items by phoning me on 0408 5999 32. Or simply email me with your phone number and advise that you would like to place an order. I am more than happy to return your call at my cost.
Making a payment
There are four ways you can pay for an order with Silly Gilly.Option 1 - Paymate/Credit Card: To pay with your VISA or Master Card, select the Paymate option. Once you do so and finish going through the checkout, the Silly Gilly site will take you directly to Paymate's Secure Online Payment Service. You will get an online receipt and email confirmation of your payment. Paymate is an Australian company and service. You won't pay any fees for this transaction - Silly Gilly will pay any Paymate fees for you!
Option 2 - Direct Bank Deposit: To pay via Direct Bank Deposit, select this option and on your invoice you will receive the Bank Deposit information - BSB and Account Number. Please note this is an Internet Bank account and can only receive payments via Internet Banking. Over the counter branch deposits are unable to be made.
Option 3 - PayPal: Once you have gone to the checkout, you will be given the choice to pay securely via PayPal. If you choose this option, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure server where you can complete your transaction. Once finished, you will be brought back to the Silly Gilly website.
Option 4 - Money Order or Cheque: To pay via Money Order or Cheque, select this option at checkout and mail your money order or cheque made out to Gillian Ross to 24 Balfour Street, Nailsworth SA 5083. Your order will be posted once the money order or cheque clears.
All orders being posted to an international address must be paid for by PayPal or Credit Card.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. I am more than happy to provide a refund if your purchase falls into one of the following instances:
- has a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of the purchase
- does not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
- does not match the sample they were shown
- isn't as it was described.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me on 0408 5999 32 or silly.gilly@bigpond.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have placed a custom order and the item has already been made, I am unable to accept cancellations.
